Terms

Terms of service

This general draft provides a starting point for discussion. An accepted proposal or agreement defines each project's scope and commercial terms. The owner must review the text before production launch.

Last updated: 28 August 2026

Quotes and agreements

Price, schedule, deliverables, revision rounds, payment, domain, hosting, maintenance, support, warranty, and cancellation terms apply only when written in a proposal or agreement accepted by the relevant parties. Information on this website is not a price list, automatic estimate, or delivery-time promise.

Scope and changes

Work follows the agreed goals, pages, functions, materials, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria. A request that changes structure, integrations, material volume, operational needs, or starting conditions may require a new estimate, schedule, and approval before work begins.

Materials and usage rights

The client is responsible for ensuring that supplied text, trademarks, photos, video, product data, and other material may be used. Ownership of delivered work, source files, accounts, asset licenses, and third-party components follows the proposal and each applicable license.

Access and third-party services

Domains, hosting, email, analytics, fonts, plugins, transaction platforms, payment, shipping, and integrations may depend on third parties. Account ownership, renewal costs, policies, availability, support limits, and access responsibility should be written into the proposal when relevant.

Review and launch

The client needs to review agreed content, identity, links, contacts, functional scenarios, and materials before launch. Go-live follows written approval or an acceptance mechanism. Post-launch changes follow the support scope or a later request; an existing production website is not replaced merely because a local draft exists.

Outcomes and warranty limits

WebsiteKilat does not promise search positions, traffic, leads, sales, a particular performance level under every condition, or a specific business outcome. Technical warranties, service levels, maintenance, refunds, and liability limits apply only when written in the project agreement.

Contact and review

Questions about these terms may be sent to [email protected]. More specific project terms override this general draft when the difference is stated clearly. Owner review and, where appropriate, legal review remain necessary before production use.
